Commissioner Kellar
Jim Kellar has lived in the Woodland area since 1965. Thirty of his 37 years of teaching were at Woodland School District. Now retired, he performs with musical groups in Vancouver and has continued as a fire commissioner for Cowlitz Fire District #1 for 21 years.
